Even grew up skiing, and he quickly started to combine his passion for the outdoors, camera movement and storytelling. He works hard to be present when the story unfolds, the goal is always to be there when something happens, not 5 seconds later. He is patient with the camera and his stories, and love to give them time to unfold naturally. The why and how in both human spirit and nature itself is something that motivates his storytelling. Evens has always pushed limits, whether it has been in front of the camera as a professional freeskier, or behind the camera shooting or directing. With an eye for details and a mentality that never gives up, he makes sure that the shot, the edit or the story ends up as something truly magic.
